Am I tied by a contract No, if you wish to terminate the services we are providing, all you need to do is advise us one month in advance by telephone, email or in writing and cancel your monthly standing order. At such time your site will simply be removed from the internet.
Who owns my web site content?
The client retains ownership of all finished web site content. Kalidescope Ltd owns the source code for any complex programming elements, and all master graphics.
Payment
Kalidescope asks for a 25% deposit. Full payment becomes payable to enable the site to go live and the monthly fee becomes due from the 1st of the following month once the first 12 months have passed - unless otherwise agreed.
Who owns the domain name?
The client will own their domain name; if you wish to transfer elsewhere this can be arranged for a nominal administration fee.
Domain name renewals
Your domain will automatically be renewed for 2 years and an invoice posted to you unless you specify not to renew.
Web site Design
Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the web site and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Kalidescope Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
Additional Pages
Once your site is live there is a nominal charge for any additional pages due to the work involved.
